Born and raised in Los Angeles, I began my editorial career working for global publications like Us Weekly and The Hollywood Reporter. In 2013, my fiancé and I moved to Hong Kong for his job where we traveled extensively around Asia and ate our fill in dim sum and dan tat. During that time, I became the resident eco wellness writer for an award-winning impact media platform, Green Queen. Currently, my fiancé-turned-husband B, and I returned stateside with our chatty toddler, Raye, to begin a new adventure living in the South.

I write from the heart, on topics and ideas that excite and inspire me. Dear Babygirl began as an outlet to let me cope with my postpartum anxiety. I wanted a space to document and express my lived experiences so my Babygirl can get to know the woman I was before I became her mother. It’s important for me share deep stories about what it means to be human. Over time, I have come to realize the beauty and vulnerability in opening my heart, and my hope is that a story or two might resonate with you as well.
